With Christmas just around the corner, I wanted to share a little gift with you. It’s a recipe that’s a favorite in our family, and is often made around the holidays, but there’s nothing overtly Christmasy about it so feel free to make these delicious bar cookies any time of the year. I certainly do!

I’ve dubbed this “Dad’s Favorite Raspberry Bar Cookies” because these are my father’s favorite, but generally Dad actually does the eating of these cookies and not the actual baking of them. Rest assured, though, these cookies are super easy to make.
